• General Registration:Monday, May 4 | Starts at 7:00 AM
• Opening Session:Monday, May 4 | 8:00 AM

✈️ Airport Shuttle Instructions

The DFW Airport Marriott provides a complimentary shuttle for hotel guests.

Pickup Location: All pickups are on the lower level below baggage claim (except Terminal D, which is at baggage claim).

Locate the Sign: Exit the airport and look for the purple “Courtesy Van Pickup” signs.

Request a Ride: Once at the purple sign, call 972.929.8800 and press “0” to notify the hotel of your arrival.

🚗 Hotel Parking Information

We are pleased to offer complimentary daily parking for all Summit guests. The hotel utilizes the T-Park mobile system. All vehicles must be registered to avoid fines.

Day Guests (Daily Parking)

1. Register: Text D2 to 972-694-4243 or scan the QR codes posted in the lot.
2. Validate: On the payment screen, enter the following code for Complimentary Parking:
   • Validation Code: B7D66C3D

Overnight Guests

• Follow the same registration steps above, but select the “Registered Hotel Guest” option.
• Parking charges will be routed to your guest room (ensure the name on the parking registration matches your room reservation).
